Do you offer co-marketing or lead-share?
Yes — Operator partners are listed in our partner directory, get co-branded case studies, and can receive vetted leads from Patagon's own pipeline in their region/vertical.
What CRMs are officially supported?
HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho, and Pipefy ship native. Anything else can be wired through REST API or Webhooks. CRM integrators get priority technical support during onboarding.
How does payment work?
Setup fees pay at contract signature, 50/50 split. Operator variable pays quarterly in USD via Stripe. Both sides see the same 4–5★ count in the dashboard — no reconciliation drama.
Do we set the price for the client?
No. The price per qualified lead is fixed by Patagon and uniform across the partner network. This keeps the program transparent and protects pricing across the ecosystem.
Is the variable revenue share per client or aggregated?
It's aggregated across all your active Operator clients. The more clients you run, the higher your combined portfolio volume — and the higher your per-SQL share moves across the entire portfolio.
Can I switch between Referral and Operator?
Yes. Most partners start as Referral to test fit, then upgrade to Operator once they're running their first client. Switching takes one signed addendum — no replatforming.
